We know you will love your Tasmanian Timber Designs products but if any issues do arise please refer to our refund/policy below.

• Tasmanian Timber Designs guarantee to repair or replace any part or any product with a manufacturing or structural defect for a period of xx months from the date of delivery and or collection.

Refer table below

• Coffee / Dining tables 2 years

• Indoor signs 2 years

• Outdoor signs 1 year

• All other products 1 year

• All refund requests must be reported to Tasmanian Timber Designs via email within 7 days of defect occurring, each calim must be accompanied with proof of purchase, invoice or email confirmation, detailed description and photographs of the said fault.  Please email to tastimberdesign@yahoo.com

• A credit or replacement will only be made after a thorough inspection of the product has been undertaken.

• Tasmanian Timber Designs will not accept returns for change of mind, design change, or any other outside influence.

• Defective goods or faulty workmanship of the product/s will be replaced without cost to the client within the warranty period.

• Warranty covers defects from poor workmanship, but not against natural movement of solid timbers or other effects out of our control including the below:​​

1. Weather.

2. Changes or movements in timber products including cupping or bowing.

3. Exposure to severe temperatures hot/cold and direct sunlight which may cause discolouration and or surface damage.

4. Resin clouding.

5. Scratches.

6. Resin movement.

7. Protective coatings peeling or flaking.

These factors are beyond our control and are considered a non warranty issue.​

Warranty does not cover:

• Everyday wear and tear.

• Damage from misuse or vandalism.

• Accidental damage.

• Damages caused by acts of nature.

• Scratching/chipping of resin surfaces.

• Scratching or chipping of timber surfaces.

• Scratches or chipping/peeling of paint or varnish finishes.

• Products that have been modified in anyway after delivery including drilling holes which can cause timber to split or chip.

• All components not manufactured by Tasmanian Timber Designs.

• Transport charges to and from Tasmanian Timber Designs for repair or replacement. 

• Damage from acts of nature such as fire, flood and any other circumstances outside of Tasmanian Timber Designs control.
